eFoil board control system

This system implements wireless connectivity between remote control and engine control system. Trigger level is sent to receiver in eFoil board and then is passed to engine regulator. Connections uses 2.4GHz frequency employing IEEE 802.15.4 protocol. Remote controller and receiver are battery powered.

Electronic module installed in the remote has got very small size with high density of components placement. For costs optimization two layers printed circuit board is used. Trigger press level is read by Hall sensor. The board has connector for OLED graphic display.

Module instaleld in a board enables data conversion form wireless protocol into data packets on CAN bus and PWM width level. Power input is secured by filters to remove electromagnetic disruptions inducted by the electric engine unit.
